Job Description

  • 完成新客户入驻、迁出的整套流程
  • 协助中心经理完成相关的市场推广、翻译、合同管理等工作
  • 会议室、视频会议等设施的推广及预定工作
  • 在收费系统中输入客户费用并跟进客户付款
  • 协助经理统计电话计费系统
  • 完成客户提出的行政服务需求
  • 协助中心经理的各项运营工作


职位要求:

  • 25岁以上
  • 大学本科毕业至少3年以上行政或秘书工作经验
  • 良好的沟通能力
  • 良好的电话接待及电脑操作能力
  • 开朗友好,有良好的团队合作能力
  • 有较强的服务意识
  • 有酒店、商务中心前台服务经验者优先考虑
  • 英语口语、书写流利

每月为客人提供的行政秘书服务可提取绩效奖金,多劳多得。


SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:

BILLING RELATED:

  • Input charges at Centre Charge.
  • Follow up payments (when necessary)
  • Assist OM/CM on Call Accounting System
  • Prepare monthly Calls Summary

IT and TELECOMS

  • Installation of telephone lines and internet.
  • Programing of telephone lines at call manager.
  • Configuration of switch port assignment.
  • Voicemail – for new and reset password.
  • Port opening request
  • Assist OM/CM on troubleshooting IT related problems. (coordinate with the Regional IT when necessary)
  • Monthly Update of Telecoms Logbooks
  • Prepare PO and send for approval of new IT equipment or repair/checking requirements.
  • Assign to program CISA access card for new clients/renewal and ensure that client's files are updated.

SALES & MARKETING

Meeting Room

  • Responsible in the preparation of booking form and booking.
  • Coordination with the caterer
  • Conduct tours when necessary

Videoconferencing (VC)

  • Responsible in the preparation of booking form and booking.
  • Coordinates with Far End on the test call.
  • Assist on the actual VC

New Client Set-up (move-in)

  • Responsible for office move-in preparation as per clients’ requirements
  • Installation of telephone lines and internet
  • Set-up activation of account code
  • Set-up client at Call Accounting System for billing purposes.
  • Demo/Unoccupied Offices – set up as per standard.


JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • At least 25years of age
  • College Graduate
  • Experience in a service industry is an advantage.
  • Has a good Communication skills
  • Possesses a pleasing personality, team player and flexible
  • At least two year’s customer care/service industry experience
  • Basic telephone and Computer skills
  • Secretarial and administration skills is a must
