General Description:

• Facilitation and implementation of the PPG Quality Process with an emphasis on planning andexecution of Lean Enterprise Value Stream/Rapid Improvement Workshops withinthe context of a Lean Enterprise Implementation plan.




• Teach and facilitatethe use of various structured problem solving techniques, team effectivenesstechniques and drive the workshop participants to implement lean tools to achievereal and sustainable improvements in PPG Tianjin’s manufacturing cost, productivity,cycle time and material loss, 5S and so on




• Develop the appropriate drivingmetrics and method for related KPIs, assess baseline performance, and drive actions on site level to achieve site strategy measure progress to targets.




• Coach Lean projectleaders on project and rapid improvement workshop execution, and support tocoordinate complex and cross function Lean project and work with Leanmanager/other department manager/Industry Engineers to reconcile any issues orobstacles.

  
  

  5 Lead plant continuousimprovement program “idea bank” review, implementation and benchmark.

6 Document all the best practice and sharewithin plants and regional scope, follow up each practice need apply in theplants.

7 Promoteand develop Lean thinking and culture, give lean tools training across wholeorganization and business requirements
