职责描述：

Admissions Strategy

• Work with head of admission to plan FT program admission strategy including outcome outlines as well as event planning and contingency.
• Integrate timing with other events and international admissions and coordinate time, duties, and strategies with marketing.

Domestic Admissions

• Admission events: run all admission events, including GRK training schools, and other efficient admission channels and interfacing as necessary with FMBA marketing.
• Selection: work with head of admission to set criteria and process for selection.
• Manage direct communication channels with students and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with FMBA marketing and IT to optimize application system.
• Work with program and school marketing to ensure an effective marketing/brand strategy as relates to recruitment.

任职要求：

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 2 year’s experienced in admission
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Excellent writing skills and able to work under pressure.
