1.有相同工作岗位工作经验5年以上，能独立处理针/梳织时装成衣订单的前期、中期、尾期检查，保证产品的生产质量与交期，

2.及时发现工厂生产中出现的问题，具备与工厂的良好沟通能力，

3.能将工厂生产的实际情况及时反馈给公司相关部门主管，

4.维护公司利益，原则性强，能吃苦耐劳，服从上司的工作安排。
