Principal Accountabilities
Establish maintain and develop business, social and civic relationships with customers and potential customers in the assigned territory to enhance the potential for meeting the objectives of maximum profitability and growth through effective sales and services.
Plan and organize a sales strategy.
Analyze the customer needs and interests.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems/complaints.
Ensure strong, effective market share of the products and services by providing direction and information on the products and applications and related services.
Make supportive sales calls and presentations.
Evaluate the performance results.
Develop/maintain close and effective working relationship with the Accounts, Customer Service, Technical Support and Warehouse department.
Provide management verbal and written reports on the customer needs, problems, interests, market situation, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
Participate in trade shows, conventions, sales meetings, or other special events.
Assumes additional related responsibilities as assigned from Team leader
Skills, Know How and experience
University graduate in technical discipline. (Electrical and Electronic Engineer preferred
Min 3 years selling industrial or engineering product experience
Proactive, energetic& willing to meet challenges.
Fluent in spoken and written communication in English & Chinese
Be computer literate
Good team worker
