岗位职责：

_ The position is responsible for the facility operation、 maintenance and improvementof all plant utility equipment .Energy management。Keeping the utility equipmentrunning in stable status

该职位负责全厂范围公用工程厂务设施运行、维护、改进及能源管理。保证生产所需

的电力、蒸汽、水及压缩空气等正常稳定供应。

_ Support other departments on engineering related side and provide adequate

assistance.

积极配合其他部门，搞好各项工作。

_ Conduct the routine facility and production equipment maintenance, handle

machinery emergency breakdown for all the facilities. Including boiler, power system,chiller, cooling system, compressed air, purified water, WFI loop and production related sterilization and packing areas.

依据每天实际情况及时安排修理和保养工厂的工程设备,和生产设备,如锅炉系统,电力

系统,制冷系统,冷却系统,压缩空气系统,纯水和蒸馏水系统,以及生产线,包装线和灭菌设

备的维修。

_ Conduct the daily equipment inspection everyday. Check the water level of the cooling tank, keep filters in due usage time. Monitor the equipment status and guarantee in good running condition. Handle piping works in plant.

每日巡视维修车间照明和设备的情况，检查冷却水池的水位，监督冷却设备的运行情

况并及时更换过滤器，在***时间处理全厂管道的跑，冒，滴，漏。

_ Check the mice bait and pest killer status, take action if there exists abnormal.Coordinate the total pest control plan be effectively implemented.

每周检查鼠药和灭蝇灯的情况，保证工厂虫害控制的正常运行。

_ Make all necessary instruments for all facility needs.

为各部门制作各种器具和相应的维护维修。

_ Maintain the engineering areas clean and neat.

负责，维持工作区域内卫生。

_ Observe and monitor behavior, provide feedback for at risk behavior and reinforce safe behaviors in order to prevent accidents.

遵守和约束自己的行为举止,对危险行为做出反馈, 加强安全行为,避免事故发生。

_ Obtain appropriate EHS training and report incidents of noncompliance with EHS laws and requirements or failure to carry out EHS esponsibilities, which endanger the environment or people.

接受相应的EHS 培训,报告不符合EHS法律的事故或对环境和人员造成伤害的行为。

_ Understand and implement Baxter, division and regulatory EHS requirements as applicable to this position.

理解并执行百特公司EHS对该职位的相关政策。

_ Accomplish assigned jobs by Facility Supervisor and Utility Coordinator.

完成厂务主管和设施协调员布置的各项工作

任职要求：

_ Professional school above in related major and 2+ years working experience related.

相关专业中专以上学历，至少具有两年以上相关工作经验。

_ Be honest, independent, careful and responsible.

为人诚实，独立性强，工作仔细、认真、踏实。

_ Be good at coordination.

具有良好的协调工作能力。

_ Certification of electrician (high level).
