Job Description:

? KYC work for CC-CI Beijing

?KYC work consists of New Client KYC, KYC Regular Reviews and KYC SpecialReviews


Key activities

? External communication with customers, including but not limited to companycertificates and IDs collection and verification

? Internal communication with Group RM and GS BO for group org-chart, includingHandelsregister, shareholder list

? Risk assessment, including screening, scoring, business scope analysis

? Internal form preparation, request raise via system and sign offs, internalmonitoring and control.

? Advising clients on KYC reviews

? Monitoring the deadlines of KYC reviews and preparing statistics

? Check of the relevance, correctness and completeness of the documents requiredfor customers’ KYC reviews

? A preliminary risk assessment and evaluation with the KYC scoring tool

? Collection and verification of documents on beneficial owners according to theBanks requirements

? External confirmation of the information on clients’ beneficial ownersaccording to the Banks requirements

? Preparation of the full package of KYC documents and input in AOP

? Communication with Compliance Department regarding KYC matters

? Translation of Chinese language documents into English

? Using the own competence in a responsible manner for the benefit of the bank

? Acting in accordance to the banks regulations and principles.

? Any other activities assigned by the RM or the HoID
