Job Description

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Manpower Planning

  • Assist on the development of hiring strategies, liaise with operations and management on manpower planning and allocation.

Streamlines and enhance DL hiring process and oversee on boarding activities of new hire on site.

  • Conflict and Grievance Resolution

    • Administers and interprets various labor agreements, grievance procedures, conduct thorough investigation, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.

    Work closely with various departments and assist line managers to understand and comply to employement law and company policies.

  • Employee Welfare

    • Responsible for handling of local & foreign workers day to day welfare which include but not limited to resolving / providing updates on their salary, allowances, benefits, accomodation, transportation, canteen, health and safety issues.
  • HRMS, Performance Management & Reports

  • Responsible for site data processing, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR Systems and practices.
  • Provide assistant for site review and performance management.
  • Analyse and provide required site data reports for reviews and audits.
  • Mentoring, Guidance and Supervision

  • Provide mentoring and guidance to juniors in accomplishing site HR operations needs.
  • Leads site HR related initiatives and programs roll out assigned by HQ.
  • 5S and EICC and Corporate Initiatives Deployment

  • Taking care of 5S and EICC Compliance of the Site that put under the custody and ensure full compliance whatsoever manner.
  • Support Corporate initiatives for site deployment and ensure successful implementation and deployment
  • Specific Dedicated Task

  • Overseeing General Administration & System including Calendaring and standard memo issuance and communication
  • Overseeing Bus and Transport improvement System including cost saving and safety issue and performance regular audit and conformance
  • Hostel Management, Maintenance and Audit and ensure minimum escalation and no priority non-compliance in EICC
  • Take care of Sport & Recreation activities, Worker representative and Religious Accomodation related issues
  • Any other relevant duties/responsibilities to be assigned from time to time

Education and Experiences:

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma/ Professional Certificate in relevant field of study

  • Possess job-related technical experiences and competency is an added advantage

  • Ability to communicate in English and National Language
