• Conceive and implement a strategic mid-long term digital marketing plan for corporate and the brands;

• Managing the day to day operation of the brands’ websites, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, CRM systems and company/brands’ digital marketing assets.

• Work closely with the global digital marketing team for cooperation and exchanging experiences of best practices;

• Own the Tmall and JD marketing calendar and work closely with the e-commerce sales manager and the brand flagship stores on Tmall and JD to conceive and implement the e-commerce marketing strategy/tactics to promote the branding and drive the sales out through online channels.

• Develop strong relationships with Tmall & JD’s marketing department to identify new marketing opportunities/partnership and execute them;

• Oversee the marketing content (e.g. product page, articles, VI design etc) through e-commerce channels

Minimum requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business related fields;

• 8+ years of working experience in marketing of consumer goods; 5+ years of working experience of digital / e-commerce marketing;

• Familiar with the most up to date digital marketing tactics and channels, able to pick-up and learn quickly;

• Experience in project management

• Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside of primary job description when required;

• Ability to balance between a robust analytical capability and an interest in the creative thinking;

• Willing to take challenges and able to work under pressure and tight timeline;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications;

• Good verbal and written skill in Chinese and English;
