• Organize logistics team daily work and report to manager regularly.

• 负责物流团队日常管理工作，并定期汇报给部门经理

• Monitor internal logistics documents filing and keeping for at least 3 years period.

• 确保物流部门所有文件整理成档，并保存3年以上以备查验

• Make the declaration documents for export IC / Oversea shipment to customer or other logistics centers and update the data accordingly on excel files.

• 制作出口报关申报文件发送给客户或关联公司，并更新相应的EXCEL表。

  
  

• Make the clearance document for import IC / oversea incoming shipment from other logistics center or supplier and update the data accordingly on excel files.

• 从关联公司或供应商处收集进口IC /海外进货的清关文件，并更新相应的EXCEL电子数据

• Customs certificate / pay import tax IC card etc.. the contract expiry date as close need to be arrange renew

• 海关凭证/支付进口税IC卡，第三方物流，报关合同 等管理及续签。

• Keep good relationship with relevant customs broker being proactive on China Customs regulation/policy updates and review with the WH manager.

• 与海关人员保持良好的关系和有效的沟通，关注海关内部是否有新程序变更或新政策，并向经理报告

• Submit and apply the “Certificate of Origin” in CCPIT system

• 在贸易促进会系统中提交并申请“原产地证书”

• Online submit and apply customs annual review on each of end of yearly

• 负责海关官网线上年度报告的提交与审核

  
  

• Dealing with Customs inspection, finding the best solution. go to the Customs, port or other relevant government departments if needed.

  面对货物在海关港口停留可以尽快找出***解决方案. 必要时前往海关，码头或其他相关政府机关处理问题。

  Requirements:

• College or above qualification, CET 4 or above

• 大专以上，英语四级

• Have customs certificate and at least more than 5 years’ experience, prefer 1 year plus in supervisor position.

• 有报关证书及五年左右的相关经验, 优先考虑1年以上主管经验者。

• Sound experience dealing with special/tricky cases with the Customs.

• 有处理各种疑难海关问题的丰富经验。

• Familiar YY/NB customs department / port procedure is preferred.

• 熟悉的余姚海关部门政策并熟悉港口优先考虑。

• Having packaging or trim related Customs clearance experience will be a plus.

• 有服装辅料或包装材料报关经验者优先考虑。
