- Handle all claims, litigation and arbitration cases by or against or otherwise involving NIO, particularly in relation to product quality and other commercial disputes such as customer disputes and supplier disputes etc.
- Develop case strategy in collaboration with business teams and work out cost-efficient solution to dispute resolution cases.
- Prepare the pre-litigation activities, such as evidence collection and petition for injunction or/and property preservation etc.
- Draft and review pleadings and motions, attend the hearings of courts and arbitration tribunals, achieve the settlement in the course of the above proceedings consistent with business strategy.
- Work with and manage outsourcing counsels and agents in case of needs
任职资格:
Education, Experience &Skills required
§ . Excellent academic credentials, including a JD/master degree from a highly respected law school.
§ . PRC bar qualification in good standing required. Additional foreign bar qualification in good standing preferred.
§ . 10 - 12 years’ experience required with a renowned Chinese law firm or a multinational company and with a focus on litigation and dispute
resolution, experience relating to automotive industry is preferred.
§ . Be organized and able to work independently, proactively and in a self-directed manner.
§ . Demonstrated ability and commitment to:
