Subscribe and Save program(SnS) is a customer self-product subscription program which enables you with recurring delivery on scheduled date as you wish. The program focus is to bring cheaper price and save customer purchasing time. Since launched on March 2015, the business has grown rapidly and generated 100M$ GMV in 7 months. Being an end to end platform, we have been driving step conversion, increased quality of customer orders and we’ve owned last mile customer experience of Fulfillment, Delivery, and Customer Support. We will keep investing core program and product development in order to remove customers hassle from their lives and giving financial benefit to Retail business.

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager, who will work closely with members of multiple internal and external teams. You will be responsible for writing specifications, planning projects and resources, running sprints, acting liaison for our team, unblocking our engineers, and providing progress status to our stakeholders. You will also be expected to understand the technical architecture, system designs, and solutions of his/her projects, which includes applications, system infrastructure, and technical direction of the his/her projects, based on this, create, foster and guard effective processes and procedures.

• ability to innovate, analyse, schedule, plan, organize, implement, and manage process improvement

• ability to lead cross-functional teams of business and technical leaders to deliver impactful results at Coupang speed

• ability to manage project and changes from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• present project progress and decisions to stakeholders including senior leaders.

• work across organizations, build consensus, negotiate and secure commitments, and align teams (product owners, engineers, and stakeholders).

• understand the technical architecture, system designs, and solutions of his/her projects. This includes applications, system infrastructure, and technical direction of the his/her projects.

• create, foster and guard effective processes and procedures.

• manage projects from concept (information gathering, requirements), planning, development, testing, to launching.

• identify dependencies, mitigate risk, and surface issues.

• product technical specifications, project status reports, monthly release notes, sprint planning and outcome documents, and technical requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related technical field.

• 5+ years of Program Management experience in delivering large-scale and complex technical initiatives on cloud using web services.

• Experience with influencing, negotiating and communicating across multiple organization levels.

• Working knowledge with analytical problem-solving methodologies and programs

• Excellent cross-group collaboration and outstanding verbal and written communication in English

• Demonstrated virtual team leadership capabilities.
