Be responsible for management of production, safety and facilities in production department. Plan, direct and coordinate activities and resources, ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and up to standard.

To develop and execute an achievable production plan (monthly and quarterly using our ERP system and any other external software if necessary).

Monitor material supply status in the ERP to meet production plan.

Raise relevant production records/statistics to Operations Department in order to plan, set and update production schedules when necessary, regulate workflow to ensure maximum use of capacity and efficiency.

Be responsible for the general management of production manpower, e.g. staffing, performance appraisal, motivation, training in operational section.

Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specification, and operating or production problems; Support issue resolution including root cause investigation & corrective action tracking together with QA department.

Develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.

Support the development of Process Failure Modes Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify critical risks in the production processes together with Manufacturing Engineers.

Setup and review short term and long term production capacity with Operations Manager, update production capacity movement every week/month.

Oversee the coordination of plant maintenance to make certain that the productions meet manufacturing objectives without machinery/equipment malfunction interruptions.

Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality and respect of the product) during the operations.

To Implement 7S. Keep tidy and safe production environment.
