Responsibilities:

1. To offer extensive experience in delivering design solutions across public realm and commercial projects on both small and large scale projects.

2. To lead design team focus on specific project to meet company require and client's expectation.

3. To coordinate with clients and other disciplines on vary programs.

4. Supervise site plans, specifications, and cost estimates for land development, coordinating arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures.

5. To coach junior designers on the stages of design development and construction drawing.

6. To manage and control quality of the final deliverable of construction package.

Qualification/Requirements

1. Above 8 years’ work experience in sizable national or international landscape design companies. Rich experience with projects, strong at PSD/SD/DD/CD.

2. Bachelor degree or above in Landscape or Environment Art earned in key universities or colleges.

3. Full experience of controlling design direction.

4. Experience in public project of riverfront, civic park, eco wetland park, greenway system, and high level commercial landscape project.

5. Good at professional software including Auto CAD, Sketch Up, InDesign, Photoshop and hand drawing.

6. Good at communication, coordination, self-driven and team management; mature, dynamic, integrity, positive, self-initiated, self-motivated, good team player.

7. Candidates with overseas working or studying experience, or experience in foreign-capital enterprises are preferred.
