6.负责参与项目会议；

岗位要求:

1.建筑学、城市规划专业本科及以上学历；

2.有7-10年商业，住宅，规划设计项目的实际工作经验；

3.建筑设计及城市规划方面经验；

4.具有跨国公司工作经验；

5.具有中到大型建筑深化设计经验；

6.出色的沟通和组织能力，有高度的责任感及团队精神；

7.出色的设计及汇报能力，注重细节；

8.熟练使用Autocad, Sketch-up, Microsoft Office, Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design) 等软件；

9.英语读写流利，同时掌握德语者优先；

10.具有灵活性及主动性；

Senior Urban Planner

Responsibilities:

1.Be active part of or leading multi-ethnic team Architects for design high-end international projects.

2.Knowledge of all planning stages, from Preliminary to Detail design.

3.Communicate actively with all the involved parties during the design. Liaise with Client and all the involved parties during the design.

4.Provide high quality drawings and presentation.

5.Ensure design Scope of Work in tight cooperation with Project Manager.

6.Lead both architecture team and urban design team in order to provide high quality drawings and presentations.

7.Assist the PM to supervising, managing and reporting project progress of works.

8.Coordination with involved experts and parties.

9.Leading and managing meetings.

10.Presenting design and issuing reports to Management and Client.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor/Master Degree in Architecture or Unban Planning.

2.At least 7-10 years post-qualification experience; excellent in design both in architecture and urban design, master planning;

3.Experience focus on architectural design.

4.Knowledge of construction issues.

5.Working experience in international companies.

6.Working experience in China or Asian country is highly appreciated.

7.Experience in design for manufacture/industrial building is highly appreciated.

8.Experience in detail design for mid-size and large buildings.

9.Excellent communication and organization skills, highly responsibility and team spirit.

10.Excellent design and presentation skills, detail oriented.

11.Excellent use of Autocad, Sketch-up, Microsoft Office, Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design)

12.Excellent organization skill.

13.Fluent in written and spoken English. Chinese or German will be an advantage.

14.Flexibility and spirit of initiative.
