I BROAD FUNCTION

• Overall in charge of waste water area products selling in assigned region;
• Executive company sales strategy, achieve sales target;
• Maintain current clients, develop new sales channel and clients;
• Provide product innovation suggestion (MKT feedback) to R&D department;
  

II PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop potential business opportunities with existing (distributor & contractor) or new customers in the Waste Water Treatment Industry
• Handle new projects and follow up the existing projects
• Organize marketing activities
• Deliver Seminars and trainings
• Work on distributor network development and maintenance

III REQUIREMENTS

1) EDUCATION

• Engineering Degree in Waste Water Treatment / Water Treatment, or in business area;

2) EXPERIENCE

• Sales and Sales organization
• Familiar with environmental protection or water treatment industry.
• Familiar with bidding procedures and tendering in Government Projects
• Basic Know How about installation, commissioning and acceptance of relevant projects
• Ability in coordination with general contractor, supervisor and plant owner on construction site

3) SKILLS

• Fluent both in English and Chinese
• Familiar with intercom trading terms and multi-culture
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales Management organization
• Multi-tasking due to job environment
• Self-driven and motivated
• Flexible and easy to adapt top arising new situations
