1、高度的职业道德和自我约束力，具备良好的货运及物流方面知识。
2、两年以上厦门本地操作经验。
3、熟悉海运录单操作，熟悉与船东，客户，拖车，码头及堆场配合。
4、与客户、船公司、国内外各分公司及代理之间保持顺畅的沟通；协调各相关单位及公司内部各部门之间的工作。
5、能吃苦耐劳，有团队协作精神，具备高度的工作责任感。
