• Work closely with both AMTB team and local team to optimize transition of the business from Europe to China

- Part homologation at the stamper and the OEM

- Coordination between the mill and the plants

- Organize, prepare and lead the new programs' gate reviews in the different European plants

- Identify and gather around the table relevant actors

- Ensure that relevant information is gathered from the customer

- Set-up macro planning and define key milestones for new programs

- Track completion of actions on key milestones

- Identify improvement potential and set improvement targets for new programs with the plants and the commercial

- Quantify and report to MC the profitability improvement realized on each program

- Identify and capitalize best practices on each program

- Prepare and send the monthly scorecard to plants

- Collect feedback and identify points of attentions and blocking points

- Facilitate resolution of points of attention / blocking points

- Update on a monthly basis the program portfolio file

- Report points of attention and blocking points to MC

- Plan and coordinate activities on programs presenting special complexity (multi-site programs, advanced stock implementation, export business, etc.)

- Provide methodological support to help plants / development managers to solve programs' problems

- Review periodically and improve the "cash collection" process

- Help contacting the product development managers for information request

- Support problem solving for unpaid invoices

Requirements:

• College or above education background
• 10 years experience in Automotive industry homologation process and program start ups
• 5 years+ related working experience and at least 3 years working experience in the same position
• Fluent English ability
• Perfect interpersonal communication skills and team spirit
• Experience in automotive steel is a must.
