Job Description

Key Responsibility and Duties(关键职责与任务)

  • Responsible for the company’s intelligent drowning prevention product sales channel partner screening and business negotiations.本公司智能防溺水产品销售渠道合作商的甄别与商务谈判

2. Setup next 3 years sales target, sales model, sales strategies, sales cost budget and incentive plan设置今后三年的销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售成本预算和奖励计划

3. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing positioning strategies; Performs analyzing trends and results monthly and take necessary actions accordingly to ensure the annual unit and gross-profit feasibility.通过执行营销定位策略,确定年度销量和毛利计划;执行趋势与结果的月度分析并对应采取必要行动,确保年度销量与毛利计划的可行性

4. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories,projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.预测并制定各区域和地区的年度销售配额,以及预测现有和新产品的销售额和利润预估值,制定销售目标

5. Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.通过制定属地现场销售行动计划,实施全国销售计划

6. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors; Provide guidance on product development from the perspective of sales and customer needs.通过与供需、变化趋势、经济指标和竞争对手保持同步,维护销量、产品组合和销售价格;从销售和客户需求的角度,对产品的研发提供指导性建议


7. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.通过监控成本、竞争和供需,建立和调整销售价格

8. Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees,continuously following up on subordinates work results.通过对员工的安排和分配,完成全国销售运作要求,持续跟进下属的工作结果

9. Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.通过招聘、选择、定位和培训员工来维护全国销售人员

10. Ensures national sales staff in high level job results by counseling and disciplining employees; continuously drive sales staffs challenge themselves to achieve better job results by planning, monitoring, and appraising management tools.通过对员工的辅导和约束来确保全国销售人员有高水平的工作成果;通过策划、监督和评估管理手段来驱动销售人员不断挑战自我实现更好的工作结果

11. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.通过参加教育研讨会、复习专业出版物、建立个人交际圈、参加专业协会等方式保持专业技术知识

12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.必要时通过完成相关工作为团队努力结果贡献力量


Requirements and Qualifications(要求和条件)

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Sales. Minimum 5 years working experience in branded electronic product sales position, candidate with planning and management working experience from well-known brand intelligent electronic product sales is preferred销售本科毕业,至少5年以上电子成品品牌销售行业工作经验,有知名智能电子品牌产品的销售策划与管理工作经历者优先
  • Have sound branded electronic product customer resources and customer relationship with excellent job performance丰富的品牌电子产品客户资源和客户关系,业绩优秀;
  • Have strong ability of market analysis, marketing, promotion and good interpersonal communication, negotiation, coordination, coaching and motivation, team building, budget planning and problem solving skills较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、谈判、协调、指导和激励、团队建设能力、预算策划和解决问题的能力
  • Have strong entrepreneur spirit and an excellent leadership具备强烈的事业心和卓越的领导能力。
