The Manufacturing Technology Specialist should:

• Interface with Mechnical Design Engineer with respect to product design for manufacturing feasibility (dimension, tolerance, design and material).

• Interface with Manufacturing Engineer and Supplier with respect to manufacturing method, tooling, and equipment.

• Evaluate product designs from a manufacturing perspective and provide feedback to cross-functional team for improving quality and reducing overall cost.

• Interface with Manufacturing team and suppliers to resolve process and quality issues.

• Participate in Mechnical Engineering Design reviews to reach a final product and tooling design that is capable of meeting customer requirements.

Technical Quali？cations:

• At least 5 years direct CNC machining/programming experience with multi-axis machines, grinding equipment, milling equipment, and lathes.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills

• Familiarity with engineering materials including metals and plastics.

• Knowledge of 3D modeling software, Pro-E preferred

• Strong GD&T understanding

• Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a cross functional environment.

• Smart enough to learn new knowledge quickly.

• Identification of environment Aspect and prevent pollution
