Main aim of job:
Responsible for the plant QMS and EMS can fulfill ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 requirement.Interface between plant and the 3rd audit party. Adheres to Brose Changchun & Brose Group Quality Policy.

Job description:

• Responsible plant QMS and EMS plant internal audit. Support each functional team can meet ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14001 requirement.
• Follow-up all open issues after each internal and external audit.
• Responsible workstation audit and follow-up the corrective action situations.
• Responsible plant Process documents archive into the BIN.
• Provide internal QMS & EMS general information training.
• Internal D-part Training.
• Yearly report to ZQU.
• Tasks that are for the benefit of Brose which assigned by Manager.
  

Job requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor degree level engineer in a Mechanical field
• Minimum 3 years experience in Quality system in the automotive industry or ancillary industry
• Good communication skill with internal and external
• Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods
• Comprehensive knowledge of the production methods in use
• APQP, PPAP, MSA, 8D
• Fluent English, both speaking and writing
