服装设计总监 Apparel Design Director

This director will be responsible for the creative product execution for the category from concept through final product mix.

This is a highly strategic and creative position with a direct impact on the performance of the business, as the individual in this role will be responsible for the design and development of products that meet profitability goals.

REQUIREMENT

Must have very strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree (or AA fashion degree with equivalent experience) required.

Advance degree desirable.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Experience in the athletic industry required.

Merchandising experience is a prefer.

Design skill including drawing, sketching, concept ideation, color theory, use of texture, scale and spacing, visual presentation development, layout, etc.

Comprehensive understanding of garment construction and textile sciences.

Well-developed understanding and knowledge of design, merchandising, and product development process for relevant markets.
