Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years related work experience with demonstrated success in toys/Electronic items/Sports items engineering
• Experience on development and manufacturing of the electrical ride on products such as E-bike, scooter, skateboard
• Experience working across a diverse set of stakeholders with positive results
• Degree holder in business, engineering, supply chain management or equivalent

Skills/Knowledge/Ability:

• Must possess excellent analytical mindset
• Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally
• Thorough knowledge of factory operation and troubleshooting practices
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with collaborative mind-set and customer service mentality
• Able to work independently and effectively in a complex environment with multi-location teams
• Display good organization skills, professional interpersonal skills and presentation capabilities
• Discretion and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive issues
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
