Job Description
Responsibilities

  • To provide HR related support to a team of professionals
  • Responsible for general support recruitment by contacting line managers direct to collect job specifications, posting advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews and selection tests and making recommendations to line managers
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare offers, conduct reference check, and arrange on-boarding logistics and general administration
  • Knowledge of key employment law issues
  • Administer C&B related programs
  • Support compensation and benefits review processes
  • Provide support for regular and ad-hoc rewards projects

Experience and Knowledge

  • At least 3-4 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • High level of initiative, a willingness to learn and should be capable working independently

Education and Professional Certifications

  • University degree holder
  • Ideally an HR / business related degree

Other Requirements

  • A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong numerical, analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently under pressure with excellent negotiation skills
  • Professional integrity
