He/she will be mainly responsible for quality management system maintenance for Shenzhen manufacturing factory, and he/she will also be responsible for product/material quality related work as well as quality issue investigation/continuous improvement:

• In charge of all QMS related tasks. Internal/external audits arrangement and actions follow-up, continuous improvement

• Fully responsible for process quality in Laser Optical System line and support process quality for other new products

• Support on Cbase configuration, data analysis and monthly reporting

• Coordinate the communication between Shenzhen and Canada relevant functions when there is any process change. Make sure it is well understood and implemented in Shenzhen

• Manage site corrective and preventive actions and follow up the closure.

• Support on line product quality issue investigation

• Support material related quality issue investigation

Requirements:

• A formal education in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics)

• Qualified ISO9001 internal auditor/lead auditor

• 3+ years’ experience in the manufacturing industry with exposure to quality control systems and processes

• Experience working in assembly and test environment

• Formal education/training in quality

• Knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and CAPA

• Willingness to support all functions of an organization in delivering quality product on time

• Good understanding of process management

• Good in English (both verbal and written)

• Good communication and problem solving skills

• Good personnel skills
