BASIC FUNCTION

全面负责和执行生产部一切相关的工作。负责完成生产计划，控制生产质量和质量目标，及时完成生产任务。调整每个环节的运转，确保生产有有规律的完成。执行新产品开发计划，根据制定产品缺失，改善生产质量。

Overall in charge and execute all manufacturing related issues. In charge of carrying out production plan, controlling product quality and quantity target, finish product task on time. Coordinate running of every link; ensure production can be carry out disciplinary. Imputation performs new product development plan. Improve product quality by control defect of product.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

领导团队解决安全的相关问题；

Lead team solving safety related issues.

管理和计划，保证生产需求；

Manage and plan to guarantee production requirement.

根据生产计划组织安排每个生产车间的生产，审查每年主要的生产时间表，包括日常、每月和年度时间表；

To organizie each workshop to arrange the production according to the production plan and review the annual master production schedule, including daily, monthly and yearly schedule.

有效控制生产程序，确保产品质量达到规定要求；

To control the production process effectively to ensure that the quality of the products meets the specification as required.

管理和执行生产计划目标和全部的经营战略；

Manage and execute production plan targets, overall business strategies.

指导生产部门定期保养设备；

为提高产量向生产部的所有经理提供解决问题知识和技能；

Knowledge and skills support to all manufacturing departments’ managers on trouble shooting for yield improvement.

领导生产部门节约成本和费用；

Lead manufacturing department on cost & expense saving.

领导队伍为生产力和质量持续改进；

Lead team on continuous improvement for productivity and quality.

调整与其它部门经理在计划和执行的生产计划；

Coordinating with other departments’ managers in planning and implementing manufacturing programs.

监控/跟踪/解答问题低质量情况从而提高生产；

Monitor/tracking/trouble shooting low quality to improve Yield.

决策部门问题和执行；

Decision making for department issues and execution.

培训生产部门经理和中层管理人员；

Train managers of production department and middle managerial team.

确定NPS项目达到年度目标；

Make sure all NPS programs meet yearly goals.

支技GM工作；

Operation support for GM.

完成上级安排的其他工作。

Accomplish any other assignment as assigned by superior.

管理实验室经理，成型经理，喷釉窑炉经理，分级包装经理，模具开发主管，模具主管，新产品协作主管、生产办主管等

Manage Lab Manager,Casting Manager,Spray/Kiln Manager,FPP Manager,MBC Supervisor and so on,.

与E&M, Supply Chain, HR, Accounting, Project, AQ/KOS, EHS等部门，与美国项目支持队伍包括亚太区保持密切联系

Communicate with E&M, Supply Chain, HR, Accounting, Project team, QA/KOS, EHS closely and US support team including Asia/Pacific.

Communicate with the sister plants in Kohler group.

EDUCATION AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Education required:

本科毕业，陶瓷专业优先

Diploma/Degree or an equivalent qualification preferably major in ceramics.

Equipment used:

至少15年卫生洁具陶瓷管理经验

At least 15 years experience in Sanitary ware making on managerial level.

必须懂卫生洁具生产程序，包括过程设备

Must know all detail processes for sanitaryware production including process equipment.

40岁以上

Age above 40 years.

Knowledge / Skill required

中英文听、说、写流利

Chinese/English listening, speaking and writing is good.

Competencies required:
