工作职责:

1. 寻找各种招聘渠道，负责招聘及培训市场地推团队，在主管带领下学习管理团队

2. 负责安排推广团队工作，对其推广工作进行指导并监督工作

3. 日常市场活动执行

4. 配合市场主管的日常工作

5. 每周向主管汇报工作情况，进行分析总结，提出推广活动的建议和意见
