课程顾问是潜在客户在EF最先接触的人。课程顾问通过与客户建立良好的关系，并根据客户的需求定制个性化的课程及长期学习计划，最终负责向客户销售EF课程。

角色：

尽管课程顾问关注销售结果，但是为了给客户提供强有力的学术专业性的意见，课程顾问对教育产业及EF产品需要有很好的掌控能力。

工作职责：

• 每日跟进预约到访客户名单，确保客户的到访准时而顺利
• 在客户到访后，负责接待以及提供一对一课程咨询
• 针对客户不同的需求以及现状，定制个性化的课程计划
• 与客户探讨课程计划，设置合理的短期目标，为客户提供有力的学术评估
• 负责入学合同签署
• 其他根据公司需要所授予的职责和责任

任职资格:

• 爱孩子，并关注他们的成长
• 有销售或教育相关经验
• 大学四级及以上
• 英语读写流利
• 熟练使用微软办公软件
• 有强烈的责任感
• 有开放的心态，乐于与他人沟通
• 有灵活应变的能力
• 有快速的学习领悟能力
• 乐于团队协作

Synopsis:

A Course Consultant is the first contact point between EF and the potential customer. The Course Consultant is ultimately responsible for selling EF courses to customers by building the relations and offering the most suitable program based on customer needs and developing a long-term study plan.

The role:

Although CC role is focusing on sales, CC needs to have a good appreciation of education industry and EF products in order to be able to give a solid academic justification for every piece of advice.

You will:

1. Develop suitable study plan according to needs and expectations of customers, achieve sales target

2. Communicate with customers closely, develop, establish and maintain customer relations

3. Discuss with customers about their long and mid-term plan, set right progress expectations

4. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by company when needed.

You have/are:

1. Love children and care about their growth

2. Experiences in sales or education industries

3. Excellent self-learning ability

4. Open minded, willing to communicate with people, good communication skill

5. Good team player

6. Good sales sense and skills

7. Able to work under pressure

8. Result-oriented

9. Fluent in both oral and written English.

10. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

11. Able to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
