Job Description

1. Managing all areas related to costing function including product costing, and Inventory management.

2. Supervise the month end, quarter end and year end close procedures, including prepare and review of journal entries, account reconciliations and flux analysis of results to ensure accurate and timely recording of data.

3. Global E&O, scrap, LCM, warranty, MRB,PPV, work order variance review

• Global VCAP calculation, Reval Capitalization prepare and review
• Perform standard cost updates and analysis on quarterly basis, responsible calculate labor and overhead rate, lead the standard cost review meeting

6. Global COGS variance account P&L bridge commentary prepare and review

• Global inventory BS account bridge commentary prepare and review

8. Make recommendations regarding inventory accounting and reserves.

9. Conducts special accounting studies and prepares management report and provide recommendation to operation team for areas that need improvement.

10. Prepare the AOP and periodic financial forecasts.

11. Support the internal and external audit of the company’s financial statements, including preparation audit PBCs and responding to auditor questions and requests.

12. Work cross-functionally with other departments to support company goal, increase financial reporting accuracy and to develop and improve internal control.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or higher

2. At least 9 years costing related experience in multinational manufacturing companies minimum 3 years supervisor level experience .

3. Good written and spoken English .

4. Strong analytics and team player with professional knowledge of accounting .

5. Passionate about process improvement, analysis, and learning new skills.

6. Experienced in business partnership and influential skills.

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills, Good team work spirit

8. Familiar Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase is plus

9. Work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
