Job Description
深圳市 龙岗区

1. Providing daily assistance to property management issues;

2. Management of sanitation on campus;

3. Management of receive and dispatch rooms and courier services on campus;

4. Postage data collation;

5. Drafting documents such as administrative regulations, tender invitations, notices and so on;

6. Providing logistic support to major events;

7. Any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

岗位要求:

1. A Bachelor degree and at least 1 year administrative experience / a post-secondary diploma and at least 3 years administrative experience;

2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

3. The ability to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of tasks;

4. Familiarity with Office system;

5. Desirable work ethics.
