1/ To contact suppliers to confirm readiness of cargo and coordinate with them on booking process. Provide the vessel schedule or other related information once needed.
2/ To contact carrier and relevant sub-contractors to book space and provide relevant service requested by customers.
3/ to liaise with sales department, customers, and Seafrigo overseas offices to confirm instructions, manage the operations for import and export cargo , issue pre-alert /booking instruction/invoicing /house Bill of lading and/or other related documentations.
4/ smoothly and timely coordinate with sales department and customers if any problem occurred and a good follow up is compulsory.
5/vessel schedule information updating to relative parties and track goods transport evolution, until operation is finished.
6/ strictly follow SOP procedures implemented.
7/data inputting in system and related documentation /excel sheet timely updated once needed
8/ to instruct relevant invoicing entity about buying, and selling price: to register our costs and issue final invoice to customer.
9/ To report to management evolution of business.
10/ To fulfill any other additional works assigned by management
11/to complete the other jobs in case not clarified on above if it is in line with OP position.
12/a high team working spirit is compulsory
