Job Description
职位描述/要求:
Main Responsibilities

Pro-actively manage, renew and grow book-rated accounts

Develop trusting relationship with clients and brokers

Respond to clients’ and brokers’ enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Deliver benefits communication sessions for clients upon request

Prepare ad-hoc reports, a nalyse claims data and hold review sessions for clients upon request

M aintain SalesForce.com , Account List and team folders

Implement internal processes & procedures under line manager’s guidance

Work with Sales Team and pro-actively explore upselling opportunities

Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Strong time management & problem-solving skills

Fluent in written & spoken Mandarin & English

PC literate , e.g. M icrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Outlook

Detail-oriented, self-motivated & resilient

A genuine desire to provide excellent customer-centric services to corporate clients

A true passion for China’s health insurance industry

Bachelor’s degree & equivalent required (Master’s degree preferred)

Professional & Technical Experiences
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a structured team environment (preferred in a fast-paced client service environment)
  • Proven experience in planning & organizing the workload, multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines
  • Experience in handling client complaints in a professional manner
  • Experience in talking to clients in detail about products & services preferred
  • I nsurance or insurance b rokerage background preferred
