Job Summary

FuseBio is seeking excellent cell biologist to join the discovery biology team to support antibody discovery, antibody production, MOA validation, and lead optimization. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in mammalian cell related experiments including but not limited to support internal antibody production, design and execute cell assays to explore novel mechanism of action et al.

Responsibilities

1. Design and execute mammalian cell culture related experiments

2. Develop and perform cell-based assays to characterize biological candidates

3. Stable cell line generation

4. Effectively communicate results to team members and collaborators

Qualifications: passion in science, established achievement, relevant experience and credential

1. Master or PhD degree in cell biology, immunology or related area

2. 2-5 years of hands on experiences with one or more of following areas:

Stable cell line generation and maintenance

Immunological assay for antibody characterization, experiences with PBMC preferred

Primary tumor profiling, experiences with patient’s solid tumor preferred

Transgenic mice, experiences with human receptor knock-in preferred

Syngeneic and xenograft models, experiences with PDX model preferred

3. Flexible work schedule with ability to contribute to evening and weekend efforts if necessary

4. Strong written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English are required

5. Self-motivated in a start-up environment with passion in science; ready to adventure and grow with company
