Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for projects sales in the area, and develop the area’s distributors and PPP and OEM partners.负责区域内项目,发展区域经销商、PPP及OEM合作伙伴。

2. Clearly track and manage the projects of the stipulated numbers. And arrange the daily working plan well.跟踪管理规定数量的项目,安排日常的工作计划。

3. Provide design proposal and support, complete bidding documents & quotation, negotiate contract, draw in payment, track after service.能够提供方案设计支持,完成投标文件及报价,合同谈判及回款,跟踪售后服务

4. Communicate well with Design Institutes and PPP or OEM partners.与设计院、PPP及OEM合作伙伴进行良好沟通。

5. Provide market and competes information from macroscopic scale and microcosmic scale.能够从宏观及微观角度提供市场及竞争对手信息。

6. Project sales to PPP partners. In this stream, our work scope will be pre sales, relationship network at county level and below, technical support, design and quotation support, project implementation.负责对PPP合作伙伴的项目销售,包括前期开拓,关系网络建立,技术支持,设计支持及报价,项目执行。

7. OEM sales to water service companies who service industrial and commercial parks. Our workscope is pre sales, technical specification and design support.负责对专业服务于村镇及商业区水处理公司的OEM销售,包括前期开拓,技术及设计支持。

8. Upgrades on wastewater treatment plants. The customer will be major design institutes and waste water treatment plant management. The objective of the sales is to upgrade the existing plant to meet the countrys national water standard. 跟踪污水处理厂的升级改造项目,客户主要是设计院及排水公司,销售目的是对现有污水厂升级改造满足国家排放标准。

9. Prepare and present cost benefit analysis of the different process technologies available with special emphasis on MABR.准备和提供不同工艺的成本效益分析,重点是MABR工艺。

Qualifications:

1. Environmental science or related engineering degree, good technical knowledge of the industry环境工程科学类或相关工程类专业,具有良好的行业技术背景

2. At least 5 years or more in the municipal wastewater market in the process or equipment business doing direct sales.至少5年以上市政污水行业工艺或设备的直接销售经验

3. Good communication skills with a strong understanding of commercial requirements of the selling process良好的沟通能力,销售过程中具有很强的商业需求理解力。

4. A good relationship network within the wastewater market industry is a strong requirement for all revenue streams. The network will encompass design institutes, PPP companies, wastewater treatment companies and government entities at the city, county and district levels, with special emphasis in cities and counties of China North areas. The strong ability to communicate and work with local relations is required. 在污水处理行业内有良好的关系网络,包括北方区域的设计院,PPP公司,水处理公司,市区县政府相关部门,具有很强的与当地关系沟通和工作的能力。

5. Must be financially competent in terms of life cycle costs, Capex, Opex, ROI and IRR cost scenarios. A good understanding and competence in spreadsheet financial modelling is a strong requirements. Ability to read, write and speak English is a strong plus.具有财务分析能力,包括生命周期成本,投资成本,运营成本,回报率,内部回报率等,熟悉电子表格财务模型,英语能够听说读写更佳。

6. Willing to make a business trip often and ambitions to success.愿意经常出差, 强烈的成功意愿。
