Purchasing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for product procurement, in accordance with company requirements and multiple ratios of goods for inquiry, price comparison, bargaining, accounting costs to the salesman quotation

Fill out relevant procurement forms, submit procurement analysis and summary reports, conduct regular market research, conduct supplier evaluation and rating, and provide rationalized purchasing advice to the company.

Have a good sense of procurement cost control and control, monitor changes in the procurement market, adopt necessary procurement techniques to reduce procurement costs, implement and improve cost reduction and control solutions; continuously optimize and enhance existing product quality, and continuously reduce procurement costs

Regularly develop suppliers that meet customer qualification requirements

Develop procurement contracts, execute purchase orders and purchase contracts, and implement specific procurement processes

Responsible for purchase order production, confirmation, inspection, scheduling delivery and tracking arrival date

Responsible for the handling and follow-up of suppliers' defective products

Complete other work arranged by the superior

Qualifications
