岗位职责：

1. 为客户提供专业的留学咨询服务；

2. 充分了解学生申请留学的相关背景及需求，根据申请学生具体条件为其做出评估并设计专业的留学方案；

3. 收集留学相关信息，及时掌握相关国家留学和签证政策的最新动向；

4. 具有良好的客户服务意识，维护客户关系；

5. 跟踪客户申请进程和其他相关后续服务；

6. 积极参加公司举办的各类培训及活动；

Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional overseas study consulting services for customers;

2. Fully understand the relevant background and needs of students applying for overseas study, evaluate and design the overseas study program for students according to their specific conditions;

3. Collect information related to study abroad and keep abreast of the latest trends of study abroad and visa policies of relevant countries;

4. Have a good sense of customer service and maintain customer relations;

5. Follow up customer application process and other related follow-up services;

6. Actively participate in various training and activities organized by the company;

任职要求：
1.学历：统招本科及以上学历（专业不限），有海外留学经历优先；

2.能力：普通话标准，善于与人交流并建立良好关系，能专业且得体的应对各种问题；

3.形象：形象气质佳，亲和力强，自信且大方；

4.素养：积极主动，学习能力强，能承受并及时排解工作中的压力。

Job requirements:

1. Education background: bachelor degree or above (majors are not limited), overseas study experience is preferred;

2. Ability: standard mandarin, good at communicating with others and building good relationships, able to deal with various problems professionally and appropriately;

3. Image: good image temperament, strong affinity, confident and generous;

4. Quality: initiative, strong learning ability, able to work under pressure and solve problems in time.
