1. Take charge of the annual training plan implementation, including training nomination, logistics preparation, data collection, evaluation, certification, payment, summary and etc.
2. Organize the Orientation training in Tianjin plant monthly or bi-monthly.
3. Assist training report and analysis upon request.
4. All relevant training documentation management.
5. Assist the training projects upon manager’s request.
6. Lead the hotel vendor selection at the beginning of the year.
7. Responsible for e-Learning system maintenance, training records uploading, e-learning materials conversion, provide technical support for system inquires.
8. Other job upon manager’s request.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with 1-2 years + training related working experience.
2. CET – 6, with fluent English skills.
3. Master in office software.
