WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

We’re now looking for a (Sr.) Talent Acquisition Partner to drive daily recruiting practice to meet our increasing hiring demands throughout China stronghold. This role will act as a capable recruiter and handle full life cycle of recruitment process. Main tasks include:

• Communicate with hiring manager for recruitment needs and able to provide advice and guidance in recruitment process
• Conduct active & passive candidate searches to build candidate pipeline via data mining, resumes databases, social networking, internal referrals, and career fairs, etc.
• Responsible for full life cycle from sourcing, interviewing, selection, offers negotiation and onboarding
• Update recruitment reports in a weekly basis to keep track on recruitment
• Conduct vendor review and conclude the recruitment data monthly/quarterly/yearly
• Be HR main contact point of ATS system to work with internal & external stakeholder to optimize the usage of the system
• Other HR projects, eg. Internal Referral, BP program and so on

WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT:

• University degree with major in Human Resource/Business related field.
• 3-5 years working experience in Talent Acquisition. Candidate with overall HR skillset would be considered advantaged
• Knowledge of recruitment process
• Strong sourcing skills
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command in spoken and written English
• Detail oriented
• Result driven
