Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Providing administrative service to PhD programs, including coordinating with other units in the University for the Programs related issue, documentation works, etc.

2. Assisting in academic administration of the programs;

3. Assisting in PhD programs admission activities;

4. Handling student affairs of the programs;

5. Undertaking other assignments from the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A Bachelor degree or above;

2. At least 1 year working experience, preferably with tertiary institutions;

3. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;

4. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

5. Willingness to take up extra responsibilities.
