• Assist Quality manager and production department to develop, maintain, and improve quality system that attain company goals and objectives and achieve customer satisfaction

• Main contact window between customer and internal for quality related topics.

  客户与内部之间对于质量相关问题的主要联系人

• Investigate and respond to customer complaints regarding product quality. Take lead to finish the root cause analysis and corrective actions of complained parts.

  调查和回复客户关于产品质量问题的投诉。完成不合格品件的原因分析和改进报告。

• Prepare the PPAP documents according to the customer requirment and get customer approval.

  根据客户要求及时提交PPAP并获得客户批准。

• Responsilbe for the customer change managment.

  负责及支持客户管理变更

• Coordinate the customer visit and audit

  主导及协调客户审核

• Other duties as assigned

• More than 3 years working experience
