Job Description

Responsibility:

1). General Affair:

  • Office support, including but not limited in company car arrangement, hotel reservation, meeting room reservation/setup, staffs birthday gifts preparation, etc.
  • Common projects support like office environment management, fire drill, exhibition support, etc.

2). Management Support:

  • Support office management, including but not limited schedule maintenance, flight reservation, expense claim, etc.
  • Others

Requirements:

More than 1 year related working experience before.

Basic English communication skill, Japanese is prefer.

Remark: This position will sign the contract with 3rd party company.
