The Facilities O must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.
Facilities Operations
Assist in the implementation a comprehensive energy management program for your site(s)
Assist and monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
Assist and monitor all janitorial activities to ensure the site is in tip top condition
Assist with the development and monitoring of the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme. Ensure vendor compliance with agreed progresses
Ensure Regional Operations procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained
Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards
Implement, comply with and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance
Vendor Management
Assist in the management of all contractors on site ensuring they perform to the required standards
Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required
Security Operation
Guarding Management;
Security performance measurement;
Conduct routine security operation meeting;
Site by site tracking and inspection;
Emergency response for the firefighting and first-aid;
Risk Management
Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program which identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental. Report any issues or concerns back to Senior Management
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of guidelines and strategies to protect health and safety of staff and others, protect Amazon and JLL reputation. Report any issues or concerns back to Senior Management
Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
Customer Service / Client Relationships:
Provide superior customer service
Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end user.
- Pro-actively manage Amazon expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained .
Reporting:
- Provide input as required into the Monthly Report to Amazon
Active involvement in the monitoring and achieving the required Key Performance Indicators
Training:
Actively participate in all planned training activities
Leadership / Staff Management:
- Actively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence within the team
Requirements,
1. ?University Degree
2. Over 4 years’ experience in facility management, or administration management, MNC experience is preferred, at least 1 year supervison experience in the team
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Good command of English and Mandarin Chinese
5. Team player
6. Independence & pressure taker
