ROLE SUMMARY
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and leading the supplier strategy for sourcing products and services. Strategically, this position plays a very critical role in the localization development for the gas turbine generator and will lead the supplier qualification process.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Establishing and coaching the sourcing team to meet the needs of the business comply to the vision/mission/value system of the company;
? Coaching and supervising the team to guarantee a fully compliance to the JV compliance, T&L and other relevant policies ;
? Recommending modifications to the existing sourcing processes and policies through employee communications to improve operating efficiency and risk management;
? Developing the sourcing strategies that deliver a competitive advantage through localization to ensure “higher quality at lower cost” and overall supplier performance.
? Leading the sourcing team and partnering with related departments to ensure sourced materials and services meet the quality, fulfillment, productivity, and cost requirements of the business.
? Leading the cross-function team in Supplier Qualification, Request for Quotation, and Purchase Order processes;
? Maintaining a fully qualified and compliant supply base.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or Supply Chain Management
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in power generation equipment industry
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing, operations, supply chain and/or commercial background·
? Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 26% of time
? Influence/communication - establishes good relationships; drives change across functional & global boundaries
