• Leads corrective and preventive actions in cooperation with customers, suppliers and internal departments
• Planning and monitoring of analyses, tests, inspections and procedures to ensure the quality of products and processes
• Implementation of the requirements of IATF 16949 at the CN plant
• Continuous improvement of the quality management system in coordination with HQ.
• Steering and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions (shop floor management)
• Monitoring and reporting the internal QA indicators to the plant manager and QM HQ.
• Planning, coordination and execution of project relevant tasks, such as Sampling towards suppliers / customers
• Execution / monitoring of the requalification test according to customer or IATF 16949 specifications
• Information about quality status at the customer and continuous improvement of the known quality level at the customer, internally and at the supplier, as well as promotion and maintenance of the quality consciousness of the individual specialist departments
• Coordination of customer audits, system audits and certifications for the CN plant
