岗位职责：

Job Description:

A. 医疗及学术Medicine and Academics：

1. 带领团队维护客户关系，深入了解客户的健康医疗需求，及时分级相应客户需求。

Lead the team to manage client relationships with an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of their healthcare needs and provide timely and accurate triage guidance.

2. 全面负责监管客户的健康电子档案的制定、完善与更新，实现以客户家庭为单位的主动型健康管理服务流程精准顺利进行。

Directly supervise the setup, consolidation, completion and update of client’s EMR (Electronic Medical Record). Achieve precise and smooth execution of family based proactive health management procedures.

3. 主导院内专科及多学科会诊、配合院外第三方会诊或国内国际转会诊服务。

Lead and facilitate the MDT (Multiple Disciplinary Team) consultation, second opinion services as well as international and domestic referrals.

4. 积极参与学术研究，保证团队的医疗质量和学术水平。

Actively design, lead and participate in academic research to maintain and enhance qualification and academic level of the medical team.

5. 参与团队内部及各诊所的教学和培训。

Participate in training and education programs with and within the team.

B. 领导力Leadership：

1. 全面管理由私人医生、资深护士等成员组成的专业服务团队，组织实施、考核、评估团队成员的绩效。努力提升团队的整体技术和服务水平，杜绝一切人为的医疗事故、差错、和客诉的发生。

Guide and administrate a professional medical team, which includes a private doctor, two senior nurses. Implement the evaluation and assessment of team performance and provide the constructive feedback to enhance their professional skills and the service level of the entire team. Prevent any factitious medical accidents, errors and client complaints from happening.

2. 作为诊所内专家委员会成员，对诊所的规范运作起到监督和促进作用。

As a member of the expert committee, supervise and contribute to the standardised operation of the clinic.

C. 业务发展Business development：

1. 配合公司各类市场活动，介绍公司的愿景、价值和业务模式。

Assist with various company marketing activities by introducing company’s vision, values and service model.

2. 根据公司战略规划，参与完成诊所的复制，部分会担任新设诊所的负责人。

Electable to participate in the clinic expansion efforts according to Dracaena’s corporate strategy, potentially head up new clinics.

任职资格：

Qualifications:

职业资格：拥有所在国籍国家颁发且认证的行医执照。

Professional qualification: Applicant must hold medical license certified by his or her home country.

行业经验： 35~50岁，在美英等国大型医疗机构或中国三甲医院内，从事全科、内科、外

科、儿科等临床医学专业10年以上。

Industry experience: 35 ~ 50 years old and have more than 10 years working experience in reputable medical institutions overseas or in China with specialties in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery or Pediatrics.

学历及职称要求：临床医学硕士研究生及以上学历，副高以上职称。

Educational background: Master’s degree or above in Clinical Medicine.

学习能力： 积极主动学习国内外最先进、前沿的医疗与医技技术和知识，辨别真伪科学。

Learning capability: Candidate must be a quick and efficient learner able to keep up with the most recent medical knowledge and technology at home and abroad and to distinguish between fiction and facts

综合能力：具有亲和力和优秀的领导力，可熟练运用英语与海外医生医疗机构交流为佳。

Comprehensive ability: Candidate should possess a strong affinity and excellent leadership qualities. English communication proficiency preferred, able to communicate with overseas physicians and medical institutes.

薪资福利：

Compensation & Benefits:

1. 您的薪酬由以下三个部分组成：

Compensation will mainly consist of the following three parts:

① 月薪：高于本地市场平均值30%以上。

Monthly salary: 30% higher than market average.

② 年终奖金：根据预设的考核标准（如客户保留度、客户反馈等，无个人销售任务指标）而定的高比例年终奖金（约占总年收入20%~40%）

Annual bonus: High percentage of performance based annual bonus (20%-40% of the annual income), set criteria including but not limited to patient retention and patient feedbacks. You will not be assigned with a revenue target.
