Division Description:

Serves all the major OEMs and their tier suppliers with plastic fasteners totalling approximately $250M in revenues. Units include: Frankfort, IL; Chippewa Falls, WI and our Commercial Sales and Engineering in Troy, MI.

Responsibilities:

? Attend sales and engineering meetings to support product development at customer locations, when necessary.

Manage and coordinate project assignments with the Sales Team to meet specific customer requirements.

Develop innovative 3D designs that meet customer needs and incorporate design features for product differentiation; work with attorney for patent protection when appropriate.

? Ensure product designs meet or exceed customer, manufacturing, and financial requirements.

? Responsible for project timing through the successful completion of PPAP and launch.

? Support customer launch activities, as necessary.

? Benchmark competitive products.

? Other tasks and duties as assigned.

? Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Science discipline.

? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

? Personally driven and motivates others to excel.

? Broad knowledge of instrumentation and software technology and design.

? In-depth familiarity with Plastics products and their applications acquired through at least 5 years of in-house experience.

? Ability to motivate, guide and develop a team of technical professionals.
