work with logistic department to make deeply analysis about workload analysis of TCC China all production line, identify workload risk and submit to SIOP meeting to make decision (new investment, production transfer, workload balance, etc)

develop competence of EOL tester of HVAC assembly, ensure full line with TCC process RAISE rules, transmit know-how of EOL testing to all process team of TCC china plant

standardize key process(auto greasing, pin code management, ATEQ checking, clip assembly of HTR, bar code scan ,Vibration testing), include specification definition,cost breakdown analysis

pilot to develop new process technology, including industrial robot, visual detecting component by camera, plastic welding to replace screw, display WI by TV, etc

Support daughter plant to set up new line or upgrade existing line to follow up RAISE standard.
