职位描述

Deploy distributor’s capability development program

Formulate strategies plan to strengthen distributor’s network and performance and supervise the

implementation

Execution the process of distributor appointment, renewal, agreement amendment and termination

applications, and ensuring compliance by managers and distributors

任职条件

Education and Experience

3+ years in pharmaceutical as Commercial Manager/supervisor;

Good business sense in distribution operation, like Finance knowledge;

Bachelor Degree and above

Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)

Strong experience in commercial operation; best understand hospital promotion

Good knowledge in business operation, especially in Finance knowledge, marketing idea

Good negotiation, leadership, communication and presentation skill;

Strong self-motivation to work in dynamic and complex situation

Team player, willing to share experience with colleges

Innovative in business operation
