Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly intern who is committed to achieving high standards for all our pupils working closely with colleagues in a multi-culture school environment.

• Get familiar with LIS' brand guidelines and be trained to make designs for all MAC publications, advertisements, Visual Merchandise and etc.
• Manage school website and social medias including updating information and news posting.
• Attending/Documenting/Photographing of important events which can be used for marketing purposes.
• Assist with school promotional events such as family orientation or school sponsored speeches and seminars.
• Work with the MAC team to support school's 10th anniversary celebration in September.
• Assist the MAC team to support the global video project in October.
• Greet visitors, parents and students entering organization
• General administrative and clerical support to admission and marketing department
• Assist with market research and data analysis
• Other tasks assigned by the Director of Admissions and Marketing

Qualifications

• Degree in graphic design, communication, marketing or a related field.

Experience / Knowledge / Attributes

• Excellent graphic design skills; Excellent software skills with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Film editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Design and MS-Office tools ;
• Basic knowledge of offset printing and digital printing
• Experience in Photography/Advertising/Poster design
• English verbal and written communication skills, preferably TEM 8
• Knowledge of CMS systems and functionality
• Professional personal presentation
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently as well as work as a team
• Attention to detail
