Responsibilities:
Facilitate new employees on board and resign (access card, stationery, laptop)
Manage Daily office affaires, safety and property management notice
Update fixed assets list
Answer company hot calls and visitors reception.
Facilitate conference room reservation and maintenance.
Update office address book, maintenance of office equipment, furniture.
Responsible for the purchase of office supplies and pantry room supplies, tea breaks, meals ordering etc.
Office supply Related:
Maintain suplier contact list, coordinate supplier bills checking, reconciliation and payment
Arrange office expenses application, summary, billing and reimbursement.
Coordinate company contract process and remind all the relevant parties.
Arrange Annual PO placement for rental, electricity, property management, parking fees and related supplier fees application.
Director Assistant:
Assist site manager with travel application, reimbursement and other matters.
Courier:
Domestic and international express handling, import express clearance.
Team Support:
Facilitate site meetings or office events.
Assist colleagues on business to book hotel,fligts, visa service.
Assist employees to print biz cards, company stationery and envelopes.
Arrange pick-up service and car use requirements as request
Other administrative or ad-hoc matters.
Requirement:
1. 大专学历
2. 1年左右工作经验,可应届大专毕业生(需有学生会或者班干部相关经历)
3. 形象端庄
4. 能简单英文交流
4. 工作态度认真,压力承受能力强
5. 熟练操作电脑
